For over 15 years, I have been helping employers transition away from their typical health plans and move to an employee benefits plan that puts a focus on the cost and quality of care. I do this by not acting like a traditional broker who represents the insurance companies, but rather I am consultant focused on the needs of the employer and its employees.

I have been a member of the Next-Gen Network and Health Rosetta, two organizations at the forefront of the ongoing movement to transform and fix our healthcare system. Most recently I helped produce the documentary “It’s Not Personal, It’s Just Healthcare… Business” which we hope will help spread the message that there is a better way to purchase healthcare to a wider audience.

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, and in the case of healthcare, that means questioning the status quo system and the lies you’ve been told about why it works the way it does.

And remember, you don’t need to have all the right answers, you just need to ask the right questions.
