Kelly began his insurance career in March, 1990. Over that time his primary focus has been in the health insurance benefit markets. He is licensed in the states of Texas and Oklahoma and is able to assist individuals with enrollment in Affordable Care Act compliant health plans.

Kelly is very involved in his professional association with the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals, formally the National Association of Health Underwriters, and has been since 1993. He has volunteered his service to numerous board positions to include President of the Texoma Chapter in 1995/96, President of the Texas Chapter in 2012/13, and is immediate former President for NABIP.

Kelly has also been a very active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He has been a member of that organization since 1991 and has served in many board and committee positions over the years. He was President of the Wichita Falls Chapter 1998/99 and again in 2004/05. The Wichita Falls Chapter awarded him their Agent of the Year Award in 1998. He also served the Texas Chapter as a Regional Director from 2000 to 2003. In 2005, Kelly graduated from NAIFA’s Leadership in Life Institute program (LILI).
